ARBORIST & CLIMBER
well experienced in tree surgery, all types of pruning and tree removal. Ability to climb and disassemble large trees using safe rigging techniques. It is preferable for a climber to own and be responsible for their personal climbing and safety gear, but all maintenance and replacements will be paid for by the company. The climber may also be considered for appointment as a team leader.
TEAM LEADER
Candidates should have good experience in Tree Pruning, Tree Removal, Tree Lopping or qualifications to that effect. The ability to motivate and control a team of workers safely and productively is a must. You should have impeccable standards and good time-management skills. A good attitude towards customer service is important as you will lease directly with clients to maintain our great results.
GROUNDSPERSON
Experience is advantageous but not essential as safety training will be provided. A good grounds person will have an appreciation of safe working practices and hazard analysis. A hardworking attitude is important due to the physical activity involved. A basic knowledge of chainsaw preparation, cleaning and maintenance makes a ground even more useful.
